Partially furnished room for rent. $400 inclusive EXCEPT satellite and WIFI. Satellite and WIFI extra $40/month. Includes shared use of all facilities including Bathroom, kitchen, laundry facilities (no oily work clothes), bbq, and hot tub with restrictions. ie. No glass in or around hot tub, must shower prior to entering hot tub, bathing apparel not to be washed in soapy water. Parking available for one licenced vehicle.

Absolutely NO PETS, but must like dogs and cats. Smoking is allowed with RESTRICTIONS. (No smoking in bedrooms).

Room is partially furnished tastefully with dresser, night stand, television (without receiver), 2 antique chairs. Renter would supply their own bed. (Max size you can get up the stairs is a Double)

Hi and welcome to the Village of Warner's brand new blog. We created this in response to resident comments after they visited our website and said it was "dated" and not "up to date". The suggestion was to move into the 21st century and create a look that was a little more user-friendly and current.
